Mia and her horse

We had the most wonderful surprise this weekend. Mia and I took a weekend trip to my Mom's home town of Bowie, Tx. On Saturday before we were leaving, Mom called and asked me to make sure I packed Mia a pair of jeans. When I asked why, she told me that my Aunt Mary had made a few calls and had a friend who would let Mia ride a horse. We didn't tell Mia this, I was not about to have to disappoint her with something this big. Mia loves, loves, loves horses. We had been telling her that she was still a little too young to ride. (I couldn't find any place that would let someone her age and size ride). Needless to say, she was the happiest little girl I have ever seen. It was like a dream come true for her. After our ride on Saturday, Ms. Stu invited Mia back to ride Kit on Sunday. We are truely blessed to have people in this world who are willing to take time out of their busy days to make a little girl this happy. Thank you Ms. Stu, Mr. Bill, and most of all Aunt Mary, we are forever grateful.

Mia's Birthday Weekend

I had quite the birthday weekend. I LOVE my birthday. Mommy took the Fri before my birthday off so that she and Daddy could take me to see Dinosaurs. WOW were they cool. Then on my actual birthday Mommy, Sissy, and Daddy took me to the Ft Worth Zoo. That is my favorite place in the world. After the zoo we ate dinner and had cookies (Mommy let me pick what I wanted, and I wanted cookies instead of cake). Cook, Nana, and Khyi came over later to give me presents. I LOVE PRESENTS. Whoever invented presents gets a big kiss from me. At the end of my birthday I was very tired, but wanted to be around all my new stuff. Mommy let me make a mat on the floor (on top of my new keyboard you walk on) and I watched Mickey Mouse and the choo-choo train. WHAT A GREAT TIME!!! I can't wait for more birthdays

More Dance and Art class

Dance Class

I have been really busy lately. Mommy and Daddy signed me up for dance class with Cousin Khyi, and an art class. Here are some pictures of Dance. I take tap and ballet. I really love it. Mommy and Daddy say that if I keep taking dance, I will get to be in a recital in May (whatever that means)

Starting Sept 14th I will officially be a student of dance. Mommy took me to get my tap and ballet shoes. When we got home I put on a fashion show for Mommy and Daddy. I love my new shoes.

Dallas Zoo
